Dramatization with children is one of the most rewarding activities in the classroom for us, since we encourage their creativity from an early age. When the student becomes a pirate, fairy or superhero, they are using their imagination and creating dramatizations in a natural and unconscious way.
These dramatizations are, in fact, complex creations that are born in their head, and are most beneficial in their development. Their creativity is reinforced during the process, since giving them the time and space they need to carry out their dramatizations in the classroom enhances these stimuli. In addition, this method encourages cooperation and conflict resolution in the classroom, as they learn to work as a team and coordinate to reach a common goal together.
